Quality

We reserve the right to modify the composition of the bouquet or arrangement without altering its monetary or aesthetic value. All modifications and arrangements are carried out by experienced and highly skilled florists. We strive to create bouquets that closely resemble the ones depicted in the photographs.

Each bouquet or arrangement is individually crafted according to floristry standards. There are no identical flowers for florists; each flower is unique in its own way. Therefore, the presented product has its own uniqueness, not only due to the combination of plants but also because of the florist's creativity and ability to highlight the compatibility of the most beautiful flowers. Each bouquet or arrangement is an individual work of art, so we cannot guarantee that your ordered item will look exactly like the one depicted in the photos.

If the exact basket shown in the photo is unavailable, a similar or higher-value basket will be provided. If the exact plush toys shown in the photos are not available, similar ones of equal or higher value will be used. This is because we are constantly seeking new products, and only flowers do not change.

The bouquets and arrangements shown in the photos are of average prices. All these products can be modified depending on the amount of money you wish to spend. By adding an additional amount of money to the average price of a bouquet or arrangement, the size of the bouquet or arrangement will be increased accordingly. By reducing the amount of money from the average price of a bouquet or arrangement, the size of the bouquet or arrangement will be decreased accordingly.

Return of Flowers

A 48-hour quality guarantee applies to delivered flowers. If there are any claims regarding the quality of the flowers, they will be replaced with another product if returned to the store within this time period. In case of a dispute, we may request a photo of the product.

Return of Delivery Services

We can only compensate for the delivery expenses if it was our mistake. Otherwise, only the amount paid for the goods will be refunded, and the delivery fee will not be refunded. Money for a music performance is also non-refundable.

Return of Gifts

You can return defective products (due to our fault) free of charge within 7 working days from the date of receipt and receive a refund for them.

The right to refuse an order does not apply to products that have been specially made according to the customer's requirements or individually tailored or cannot be returned due to their nature. All returned items must be returned with authentic labels and original packaging, unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when they were sent. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and risks.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled up to 2 working days before the delivery date by providing the order number and other details. The money will be refunded to your account within 10 working days, minus any transfer fees.
