Project objective - implementation of electronic management of business transactions using information technology to increase revenue growth.

In response to environmental impacts on the business, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, the company is seeking new ways of operation, sales channels, increased customer accessibility, and uniqueness. In light of this, the decision was made to implement a customer self-service solution that would allow customers to remotely create flower compositions, order delivery services, and make payments for the services themselves.

Project implementation period: 2022-02-24 — 2023-02-23

Project value: 48,000.00 euros, of which 36,000.00 euros are financed by the European Regional Development Fund as a European Union response to the Covid-19 pandemic measure, and 12,000.00 euros are applicant's funds.
